Our Workflow

Client Onboarding

The process begins with a discovery meeting to understand the client’s goals, target audience, and branding needs. A proposal, contract, and onboarding documents are then shared to outline project scope and timelines.

Research & Strategy

Our team conducts market research, audits the existing brand, and define the client’s unique positioning. This phase also includes creating mood boards to visualize design direction.

Concept Development

We brainstorm and create initial logo drafts, typography, and color palette ideas based on the approved brief. These are presented to the client for feedback and refinement.

IT Solutions

Our technical team ensures that the company’s IT infrastructure ie. email setup, cloud back up systems, domain securing and cyber security are all up to order if need be. Web development is also discussed if the company requires it.

Design Excecution

Our team finalizes the logo, typography, and other brand elements. Additional brand collateral is developed based on client requirements, such as business cards or packaging.

Delivery

The final brand assets are delivered to the client via a file-sharing platform. Optionally, we provide training on how to apply the brand identity.

Follow-up

Our team follows up with the client to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services. Feedback is requested, and minor adjustments are made if needed.
